Instrucțiuni

  1. Fructele uscate se pun la inmuiat in apa calda, apoi se scurg si se lasa in rom.
  2. Margarina se amesteca cu zaharul.
  3. Se adauga ouale, praful de copt dizolvat in suc de lamaie.
  4. Cojile de citrice se taie cubulete si se adauga la compozitie, apoi se pun si fructele uscate, condimentele si in final, faina.
  5. Se da la cuptor, pentru aproximativ 50-60 minute, la 180 grade.
